Each constellation says something and during specific times of the year, certain constellations are more powerful than the others.

With the portal into Outland now open, the Army of the Alliance, and may other brave adventurers have sought to enter there and help fight against the Burning Legion and the other evil beings in that world. Remember, the stars only tell you about your most probable future (which depends on how things are happening now). Your future is still yours to make. But in these days of war and conflict, often people who don't have any family, orphans, etc. don't know their Date of Birth.
