I must agree with my superior after reading the article. All the references are very vague to the surposid 'crimes' we commit on a daily basis. The higher ranks of the guards work hard on a daily basis to help with the many crimes that or commited on a daily basis as well as making sure fresh recruits know the proper way to act and perform.
