Important Message for Freelancers

We've discovered that organising meetings using the in-game calendar function is a serious pain in the rump; basically if someone sets up a meeting only guildmembers get flagged automatically. So, just to make sure you get invited to everything you're supposed to, if you're a freelancer put your details on here and make sure you put 'Freelancer' after your name in the title.

Please do this - it makes life much easier for us! :)
