As to your two other concerns - Yeah I know the Issue is printed and up there - but it's never bothered me as 98% of our audience comes from when we post up information and not from people randomly checking the website. It's not a good state of affairs but at the moment this is the only way to preview an issue, later we'll have access behind the scenes and we can avoid this problem.
The origin of words advert will definately go in - I had intended to do it on holiday and found myself without the promised internet connection. The cathedral article.. I don't know which one you mean, so if you would please post a link here I'll add it ASAP.
As to the issue being short...
Our punters are going to complain no matter what we produce, to be honest, if there's lots of articles they will complain that it contains low quality articles or that it took too long. We've made a decision to print more often but shorter issues, thereby hopefully maintaining a level of quality - and if anyone complains to you about short issues you need to point the finger back at them and ask them what articles they hope to help the Herald with

.
At the moment we're printing once a month - I'd love to print more often but without the system fully working that's not likely to happen - however printing once a month is still a fairly good performance as far as I'm concerned.
