Be sure to go and register - and have a look around at the system, give it a prod and start writing up your articles and uploading images.

The system isn't bullet proof yet - we've done a lot of testing but it's up to you guys to let us know when you find problems. Be sure to tell us what browser your using, if your using it at work (where javascript and flash might be disabled) and copy any error codes you recieve to put here.

The only problem I seem to have is once im on the site and click onto the forum button, The forum appears in its basic blue lay-out rather then the custom designed one.

That's not a problem as such That's only a temporary forum which I used for testing the skin for this one - when we move the forum across that'll be fixed.

Afraid I can't work out how to use that reporting site, so I'll have to add my finds here:

Browsers: Firefox (latest) and IE 7


Logging in

I don't get any confirmation when I log in, and it stays on the login page instead of sending me to the control panel.

On the image upload page the 'browse' button is all odd.

A bit of a usability issue this one. After selecting the image to upload, it isn't obvious you have to press 'upload' to get it going. I ended up spending a couple of minutes waiting for the progress bar to fill up.

IE7: When I click upload I'm sent to the 404 page.


Creating an Article

When I click 'add article', I get sent to this page:




Writing an article

This appears at the bottom of the editable columns:




Deleting an Article

I get the 404 page when I click the 'delete' link next to an article's entry in my document list.


Editing an Article



I get a fatal error when I try to edit an article


Character Bio: IE7

When I go to the character bio page in IE7, I get this:

The upload button is deactivated, and no browse button is present.

Directly going to allianceherald.co.uk in IE7 gives me the Debug thing too.

Don't use anything else but IE7, so ^^.

Edit: Pressing "Register" and pressing "Login" does sodall for me, too. At least that's how it seems.

  Until further notice Themodem is doing something that requires him to activate debug mode - which brings up this page for everyone else.

I'll let you know when he's done... whatever it was he was doing.
